Roller Shutters Standard Specification
Rolflex roller shutters and roller doors are of a continuous curtain design, which provides strength and eliminates conventional interlocking hinged slats. Roller Shutter operational tests under rigorous 3rd party scrutiny exceeded a staggering 250,000 complete cycles without maintenance. This equates to over 50 years of use, at a theoretical cycle rate of 12 operations per day.
This ensures protective coatings are not damaged by frictional wear and prevents the ingress of foreign objects.
10's of thousands of these doors are installed in the UK and the innovative design is manufactured throughout the world.
Optional bolt-on modules for the doors include thermal and acoustic insulation, vision panels, personnel entry doors and electronic operation.
