Roller Shutter Door Colour Coating
The Axess colour coating option utilises a high-performance plastisol coating on Galvatite hot-dip zinc-coated substrate to BS EN 10147. It is more cost-effective to specify plastisol colour coating than to site-paint a plain galvanised door.
The 200 micron thick plastisol has high abrasion and damage resistance and is suitable for external exposure for 15 - 25 years before maintenance subject to a normal environment.
The plastisol is applied to the galvanised steel substrate and has an embossed leather grain surface textured finish.
The standard reverse-side coating is a specially formulated two-coat protective system of a corrosion-resistance primer topped with a heat cured high-performance polyester suitable for most internal environments.
The Axess door is available in a choice of twenty colours (mahogany wood grain now available). The manufacturing process of the door allows the use of multiple colours on a single door curtain.
