Rolflex roller doors are of a continuous curtain design, which provides strength and eliminates conventional interlocking hinged slats. Operational tests under rigorous 3rd party scrutiny exceeded a staggering 250,000 complete cycles without maintenance. This equates to over 50 years of use, at a theoretical cycle rate of 12 operations per day. (Independent test report available).
This ensures protective coatings are not damaged by frictional wear and prevents the ingress of foreign objects.

Optional bolt-on modules for the doors include thermal and acoustic insulation, vision panels, personnel entry doors and electronic operation.
